Help! I need to get some sleep!

I need some sleep; or maybe I just need better sleep. My schedule probably isn’t any busier than the normal father of four (and one in the oven!) with a job. I work about 50 hours a week, get up around 7-7:30 and get to bed about 12-1am. I get to bed lately and fall right to sleep, but I wake up at least 3-4 times and have a hard time falling back to sleep. I don’t consume much caffeine; a cup of coffee in the morning at work and usually a soda in the afternoon.

I found a few ideas online to get better sleep, but would appreciate any suggestions.
